KEMPTOWN PROSPECTIVE MP LAMBASTS PRIVATE MEMBER’S BILL BECOMING LAW
Matt Taylor, prospective MP for Kemptown Brighton calls the Disabled Person’s Parking Badges Bill a fraud as its granted Royal Assent and thus confirming it as an Act of Parliament making it a law. The Disabled Person’s Parking Badges Act: o Imprison anyone found fraudulently using a Blue Badge to 6 months in prison and a £5000 fine; o Empower under cover inspectors to confiscate Blue Badges; o Introduce new ID style cards complete with covert and overt security features; o Make a minor driving offence as bad as carrying a threatening weapon; o The Bill has been granted Royal Assent without a Second Reading in Parliament, but has instead been given the 'Nod'; o Exposes the hypocrisy of Simon Kirby MP and Philip Davis MP; and o Passes into Law a Bill which hasn't had it's legal debate and which caters to the personal preferences of the MP's who are responsible for the Bill's passage. Matt Taylor said, “The Disabled Person’s Parking Badges Act 2013 makes a mockery of parliamentary procedure. The Bill is pampered towards the psychopathic impulses of Philip Davies and strokes the ego of Simon Kirby, revered in the House of Commons as an 'Old Hand' at passing through legislation. Isn't it fraudulent that a Private Member’s Bill makes it onto the statute book without a Second Reading? This Bill has succeeded because it has had the 'Nod' by shadowy people working behind the scenes. This Bill must have it's due consideration and the MP's responcible for its passing, namely Simon Kirby MP, Philip Davies MP and Norman Baker MP should be arrested for fraud and abuse of parliamentary power.” Partners in Crime: Simon Kirby & Philip Davis Exposes http://gettingreadyfor2015.20m.com/philip-davies-exposed.html |
KEMPTOWN MP’S PRIVATE MEMBER’S BILL BECOMES LAW
The Disabled Person’s Parking Badges Act will: o Provide local authorities with a power to cancel badges that have become lost or stolen or which are no longer in the holder’s possession; o Extend local authority inspection powers to officers in plain clothes; o Enable local authorities to recover badges that have been cancelled, have expired, are being misused by a third party or are fake; o Remove ambiguity from the existing Blue Badge misuse offences so that it is clear that it is an offence to use a badge that should have been returned to the issuing authority; o Remove the requirement for the Government to publish the full badge specification in regulations; o Extend eligibility for a badge to Armed Forces personnel and their families resident overseas on UK bases who meet the qualifying criteria for a badge; and o Remove the route of appeal to the Secretary of State in cases where a badge is withdrawn for misuse so that the Local Government Ombudsman will instead review complaints against local authorities. Mr Kirby said, “The Disabled Person’s Parking Badges Act 2013 will make significant improvements to the Blue Badge scheme, making it much better for disabled people who rely on the availability of disabled parking spaces. It is rare that a Private Member’s Bill makes it onto the statute book. This Bill has succeeded because it hasreceived widespread support from all parties, as well as backing from local authorities and disabled person’s charities across the country. I am very grateful for this support, which has ensured the Bill’s efficient progression through Parliament.” |
SIMON KIRBY MP SLAMS LABOUR’S 'ILL THOUGHT OUT’ NEW POLICY
Following Ed Miliband’s speech on the economy yesterday, Kemptown MP Simon Kirby has criticised the Labour leader for his economic incompetence and hypocrisy. Mr Miliband claimed that a Labour Government would re-introduce a 10p tax rate and bring in a new tax on property. Reacting to the announcement Mr Kirby said, “This is policy making on the hoof, designed to cover up the fact that Labour cannot offer the British people a real alternative. It is an ill thought out proposal which hasn’t been properly costed and would leave an enormous black hole in the budget. I find it bizarre that Ed Miliband and Ed Balls now claim to care deeply about low earners. They were both in the Government that scrapped the 10p tax rate, doubled council tax and introduced the fuel duty escalator. This Government, on the other hand, have taken positive steps to help working families in my constituency. We have raised the personal tax threshold, benefitting 24 million families and lifting millions out of paying income tax altogether. We have also funded council tax freezes for the last three years, and scrapped Labour’s fuel duty escalator. There is much more to be done, but we are making progress in getting the economy back on track after years of mismanagement by the previous Government. In his speech Ed Miliband displayed the economic incompetence and the stunning hypocrisy that means people in Brighton Kemptown will never trust Labour again.” |
MATT TAYLOR, PROSPECTIVE MP SLAMS SIMON KIRBY OVER MURDER COVERUP
Following a meeting of the Shadow Sussex Police and Crime Commissioners yesterday, Kemptown prospective MP Matt Taylor has criticised Simon Kirby for his treatment of David Neilson. David Neilson claims that Simon Kirby is compliant in the murder coverup of Katrina Taylor in 1996, because he continually refuses to meet with David Neilson and the Taylor family to discuss the evidence of a police cover up. Reacting to the claims Mr Kirby said, “For your information I have had lengthy and exhaustive correspondence regarding this matter with my constituents and officials. The issues have been considered on numerous times by a variety of bodies and organisations who have found no case to answer. I trust that this clarifies the position.” “No Mr Kirby, your answer doesn't clarify the position. The bottom line is that you are not listening to your constituents. You act as if you can pick and choose the interests you want to. David Neilson is a victim of a corrupt Sussex police force. He solved the murder of Katrina Taylor but has since been treated as a non citizen because catching the killers of Katrina Taylor would expose the criminal actions of Sussex Police themselves. The family of Katrina Taylor are living a nightmare knowing her killers are free. As the MP for Kemptown Brighton you know very well the short comings and wrong doings of the case but choose to do nothing about it. You have displayed stunning incompetence and your hypocrisy means people in Brighton Kemptown will never trust you again.” |
